pR and Marketing Coordinator

The PR and Marketing Coordinator working under this assignment will :

    Maintain the Center's News Bureau including the Art and Education bi-weekly Enewsletter and WCC monthly Newsletter.

    Create press releases and all marketing and event materials for the WCC/Art and Education Project.

    Assist in promoting the Center activities in the press and in the community through design of outreach materials.

    Develop strong relationships with the media.

    Design and create the Club’s annual Corporate Package to be mailed to local businesses to support the mission of the organization.

    Coordinate mail appeal process including drafting of letter and working with local vendors on mass mailing to the community.

    Attend monthly required meetings and others as needed.

 

•    Recruit new students for GED Programs.
•     Create outreach materials to promote GED Program .
•     Create a tracking system (database0 of GED referrals and participants.
•         for the Westcott Community Center Staff to use for follow-up and outreach.
•     Develop a follow-up evaluation process for GED students to track success and improvements.
•     Create and track tutoring reward system for Westcott Community Center after school program.
