On-Going Senior Programming
Golden Cafe, M- F 10:30 am - 2:00 pm ($2.25 donation suggested) - a nutritious lunch is served at 12 noon and activities such as playing cards or listening to music or just making new friends are offered.
Yoga for seniors & Adults, Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM - Free
Neighborhood Advisor-- Provides free help with anything from utility bills to navigating the Social Security System doctors appointments getting to the drug store, and referrals for almost any problem or activity. Funded by the Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth.
Cyber-Senior Computer Classes Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 - noon (free).
